Then the Shine Personal Wellbeing Course is for you!
This course is a unique blend of psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, nutrition, exercise tips and a healthy dose of the practical.
It’s about assessing your life, focusing on what you want to improve and developing an operating system that will help you achieve your goals. It’s about allowing yourself to Shine.
We will assist you to define your values and purpose, assess your strengths and challenges, learn stress management techniques, understand grey area drinking, address limiting beliefs, create a growth mindset, understand life philosophy, learn about good nutrition, offer exercise options, help you to develop a sleep management plan, discuss hormone changes and perimenopause/menopause, find inspiration and much more.
We will help you to save yourself, or just be yourself. To set boundaries and to be empowered to stand in your own power.
It's all about giving yourself permission to SHINE!
Participants in The SHINE Personal Wellbeing Course will receive:
A comprehensive SHINE Wellbeing Workbook, which we will work through at each live session, and which is yours to keep.
Weekly live sessions (online)
A dedicated private Facebook group
Weekly Q and As with Donna
A one-on-one 30-minute personal coaching session with Donna (online)
Connection is a big part of learning to Shine and as part of this course you will meet other like-minded people, hear from wellbeing experts, and join in the consciously living movement. We Shine when we choose to!
The five-week course is held with online sessions each Monday evening starting 7pm for approximately 1.5 hours.
Sessions are taped and available to be rewatched by participants.
The next 5 week course commences on Monday 20 January 2025 and while everyone is welcome, content for this specific course will be directed at challenges faced by women 30 years plus with a focus on perimenopause/menopause in week two.
