Savoury brekkie done well!
Ingredients
- 1 fresh tomato, roughly chopped
- 1 cup of frozen peas, microwaved for 3 minutes then smashed with a fork 
- 1 avocado, scooped out of the skin 
- 2 tbsp of Dukkah
- Fresh parsley 
- Protein of choice (I used boiled eggs)
- Fresh sourdough
Instruction
- Microwave frozen peas for 3 minutes and then smash with a fork.
- Mix smash peas and avocado together and further smash with a fork.
- Add tomato pieces. 
- Top with dukkah and fresh parsley. 
- Serve with protein of your choice and fresh sourdough.
