Savoury brekkie done well!

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh tomato, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of frozen peas, microwaved for 3 minutes then smashed with a fork
  • 1 avocado, scooped out of the skin
  • 2 tbsp of Dukkah
  • Fresh parsley
  • Protein of choice (I used boiled eggs)
  • Fresh sourdough
Instruction
  1. Microwave frozen peas for 3 minutes and then smash with a fork.
  2. Mix smash peas and avocado together and further smash with a fork.
  3. Add tomato pieces.
  4. Top with dukkah and fresh parsley.
  5. Serve with protein of your choice and fresh sourdough.
