1 cup of milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)
Instruction
Add diced onion, olive oil and garlic to the thermomix or a saucepan and cook on medium until the onions are translucent.
Add all other ingredients except thyme and milk. Cook for thirty minutes, simmer after bringing it to the boil.
Add milk and cook for five minutes on low stirring continuously. Blend in thermomix. Serve with fresh thyme and more nutritional yeast on top if required.
