Gut happy brekkie!
Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp of protein powder of choice
Strawberries or other fruits for topping
Instruction
Pour ingredients into a jar and shake well. Let it sit for about five minutes then shake vigorously.
Put the lid of and store in the fridge overnight. Top with berries and nuts.
