Ingredients
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan forced)
Mix bananas, peanuts, peanut butter in a Thermomix or food processor on high for about 30 seconds.
Add milk, protein powder, flour, vanilla extract, apples, eggs and spices and mix for 2 minutes on 7 (or medium high if not using a Thermomix).
Add honey and mix for 10 seconds on high.
Pull bowl off and hand mix in blueberries and oats.
Cook in muffin tray (20 minutes) or as a slice (35 minutes).
Can be eaten fresh for 5 days or frozen for up to three months.
*note slice has walnuts on top, muffins don’t (as little Miss J doesn’t like walnuts)
