Lemon Protein Balls
Snacks
Perfect snacking any time!
Ingredients
200 gr cashew nuts (unsalted)
100 gr desiccated coconut
90 gr pitted dates
1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
Instruction
Mix together in food processor or Thermomix
Roll in balls and roll in extra coconut
Put in fridge for up to a week
Enjoy!
