Ingredients
  • 200 gr cashew nuts (unsalted)
  • 100 gr desiccated coconut
  • 90 gr pitted dates
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
Instruction
  1. Mix together in food processor or Thermomix
  2. Roll in balls and roll in extra coconut
  3. Put in fridge for up to a week
