Weekend brekkie is sorted!
Ingredients
- 200g wholemeal self-raising flour
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 eggs (or vegan substitute)
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 3 scoops (equivalent to most scoops) protein powder
- 2 tbsp of the Shine seed and nut mix
- 3 ripe bananas
Instruction
- Serve with berries and a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter. Add yogurt if desired.
- Cook on heated frypan (start on high and gradually decrease).
