Weekend brekkie is sorted!

Ingredients
  • 200g wholemeal self-raising flour 
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 eggs (or vegan substitute)
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda 
  • 3 scoops (equivalent to most scoops) protein powder 
  • 2 tbsp of the Shine seed and nut mix 
  • 3 ripe bananas 
Instruction
  1. Serve with berries and a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter. Add yogurt if desired.
  2. Cook on heated frypan (start on high and gradually decrease).
