Delicious slow cooker lamb
Ingredients
- 1 x lamb leg on the bone
- 2 tablespoons of EVOO
- 1 tablespoon of crushed cardiac
- 5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
Instruction
- Create slits in the lamb fat
- Brush the lamb with EVOO
- Brush the crushed garlic over the lamb
- Place rosemary sprigs in the slits
- Sprinkle oregano
- Put in slow cooked
- One hour on high
- Seven hours on low
Serve with broccoli salad, wholemeal wraps and smashed potatoes
