Great for sport days!

Ingredients

  • 100 gr rolled oats
  • 20 gr cocoa
  • 100 gr raw cashews
  • 50 gr almonds
  • 100 gr LSA (we used 60gr LSA, 20 gr flaxseeds and 20gr black chia – just make up the 100 gr with high protein seeds to taste)
  • 100 gr dates
  • 30 gr honey
  • 30 gr rice malt syrup
  • 100 gr Peanut Butter
  • 40 gr vegan family friendly protein powder
  • 50 gr dark chocolate chips
  • 30 gr coconut (optional)
  • One tablespoon of vanilla bean paste
Instruction

Put all ingredients together in a Thermomix or Mixer and blitz on high for 15 seconds. Then roll the mixture by hand into a ball and roll in coconut (optional – our tween is not a fan of coconut, so we leave this part out).

These are fantastic for just before or after sport. Great energy, a bit of sugar but packed full of protein.
